Due to COVID-19 precautions, The Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution and The Supreme Court of Georgia have approved and encouraged use of remote teleconference software solutions to conduct mediations. Despite the relaxing of COVID-19 precautions, we continue to offer remote teleconference options for mediations. We utilize Zoom.us, DropBox, and DocuSign to provide a seamless mediation experience during these unusual times.

Remote mediations utilize the Zoom.us platform, which allows for password-protected, secure communications, private breakout rooms for individual caucus sessions, and superior audio and video quality,
Requirements
Participants need a laptop computer or tablet with video conferring capabilities and will be asked to pre-install the (free) Zoom.us software prior to mediation. Video capabilities are a must (no dial-in participation).
